You’re charged for calls that reach a connected platform. FloConnector’s own orchestration and analysis calls are always included.
Usage is counted per call and billed at the end of each period, with no packs to buy or burn down. Every new account starts with 1,000 free calls.
A few connectors, like Xero, are premium. They’re included on Pro and Scale at no extra charge: no per-connector add-on to buy or price to calculate.

No. When FloConnector orchestrates several underlying steps or crunches a large dataset for you, only the calls that actually reach a vendor are billed. The rest are included.
No. FloConnector connects to the AI client you already pay for, Claude or ChatGPT. You never pay us for AI usage.
All plans are billed in USD through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Your card details are handled by Dodo, not stored by us.
A profile is a set of tools you expose as a single MCP connection, which you add to whichever AI client you use. One is enough to reach every connector you have connected, so the free plan gives you one. A second profile is worth having when you want a different tool surface rather than more tools: a small, focused set for a daily routine and a broader one for research, or different tools for different people. Pro includes ten per workspace, and Scale has no limit.
A workspace is a wall. Connections, profiles, people and usage all live inside one and never cross to another, so a workspace per client or per business keeps their data and their credentials apart. One is right for a single business. Scale includes three, which covers most agencies and multi-entity groups, and beyond that an enterprise agreement sets the number.
Yes, switch anytime from the console. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at your next billing period. If you downgrade to a plan with fewer profiles, you choose which one you keep and we show you what you are giving up before anything is scheduled.
